The Digital Transformation Course will provide 120 public officers with the knowledge to understand and identify key priority areas, gaps, and opportunities for digital transformation across government sectors. The course will also introduce ideas and approaches around the five pillars of digital transformation as highlighted in the National Digital Agenda: government, infrastructure, regulation, business, and people. Additionally, it will support the development of a digital culture among the public sector by empowering officers to use digital services to improve productivity, to design and adapt innovative digital solutions. The end result being an increase in public value and efficient service delivery.

Key outputs include:

• The training of 120 public officers to become digital ambassadors in their respective ministries.
• Creation of a digital culture within the public service.
