The E-Governance and Digitalization Unit along with the Ministry of Finance launched an online payment system for Temporary Employment Permit (TEP) Applications via the Belize Bank Limited E-kyash platform. The online system allows individuals to submit TEP applications and pay the processing fee through the E-kyash online platform. This method saves both time and money as citizens no longer need to make physical payments at the Treasury Department; instead, payments are made through the Labour Department's TEP Portal, avoiding any delays or disruptions. Therefore, E-kyash provides the government with a unique and secure solution for paying application fees.
