Capacity Building within the Public Sector is a key component of the digital transformation. It is critical to ensure that Public Officers have adequate technical skills and capacity to use the various digital tools and systems being introduced. Additionally, it is important to empower them to take ownership of the transformation and to lead as change agents themselves.  

With the support of various partners, the Unit has led a number of training initiatives that have engaged over 200 Officers in areas of digitalization, the digital transformation, Agile culture and data for decision-making. 

Thus far the following training initiatives have been conducted:
